Yeah, I don't like it either. I've been feeling really anxious lately and I have inner battles if I do it or no (PMO). So, I decided to act irresponsibly and as expected felt empty once again. I will try to do better this time. Thank you for your support.

Yeah, thanks! Today was 89 days complete and when I get up tomorrow morning it will be 90. Feeling good about it

 

I'm on a few months withdrawal from nicotine AND booze. I think now getting over the pmo will be easier. I've got three days so far and I've cancelled all habits of having to even turn on the computer . Got away from jackinchat.com, threw away bikini / lingerie catalog and started feeling better like after you clean house and do laundry all day long. Trying to get my house "body" in order. All we have to do is not masturbate today just like any other substances... celebrate the current 24 hours of sobriety. Good luck and best wishes to all

Today I tied my longest recorded streak on nofap which I achieved in August of '17. I think I may have hit 90 days once since then but I can't find any solid records of that. I've never felt like 90 days is an accurate number for a successful "reset," imo it takes quite a bit longer to establish a new habit and lifestyle. But three months clean is a heck of an achievement and I'm proud of it.
