Today's meditation was was filled with urges, I mean when focusing on one thing your mind is getting drawn to the place between your legs. Some kind of the tug of war.o_O

@CultureMan lol, yes, let's not do this.
    So funny.
So yesterday I got cocky (lol, not that kind) and said game on. Of course I immediately get attacked by pmo forces: the first, my neighbor in her bikini sunbathing, then Facebook (people you may know). I ran away, and drew the blinds so I wouldn't see the neighbor. Then deleted Facebook from my phone. Less temptation, more NoFap!
Ok, have a great day everyone. Time for a cold shower.

Day 1. let's do this again . and about those questions , thanks bro I appreciate that because it help's me to remind myself about why i'm doing this . I think the answer for those questions is easy to say but hard to put it on practice but not impossible and that is: I think the problem was that I started to lose the meaning of why I'm doing this, what is the deepest goal of my fight, of my journey. but in the other hand that is something that I'm gratefull of , because after the relapse I started to ask myself about it and about that deepest meaning that deepest goal, about what I want to become , about what is the way of life that I want to live and then after i asked and responded myself , I was fullfill of joy and peace with just want thing in mind , overcome this, do my best and keep walking and fighting until the end for that deepest goal in my soul.

Now that I said that, I'm conscious of the imperative in the discipline and strategy and I'm consciuos I was a little bit lack with the past of the days so I need to redouble the efforts and take more seriously my strategy with no questions.

God bless you all brothers and sisters.

Checking in. Seems like a lot of folks are really struggling right now, my thoughts are with you. Escaping the pull of those first two weeks is brutally hard, like trying to swim your way out of a whirlpool, so be sure to be compassionate and forgiving to yourself when you keep getting caught. Fall down seven times, stand up eight.
But I'm also not seeing much planful action in these relapse reports. If you're not making a solid, concrete and actionable plan to get yourself through at least the first five days after relapsing, you're going to make it near impossible on yourself. You have no willpower at this moment, you will not be able to white knuckle your way through. It just doesn't work that way, trust me. You need to sit down and plan out, to the hour, your next five days. You need to make note of every possible moment of temptation--when will you be alone? When will you be most tired/stressed/bored? Make a plan for those moments. Put your phone somewhere the second you get home, so it's not in your pocket to mindlessly grab and start fishing. Make a list of 5 people you can call the second an urge strikes--they don't have to know what youre dealing with, they just need to be up for chatting which will help the wave pass. Make a list of ten things you can do when an urge hits, the first of which should be GET OUT OF THE HOUSE. Take at least one, preferably two cold showers a day for the next two weeks. Stand in the shower, look at the shower head and tell yourself, If I can willingly step into this cold water, then withstanding an urge is nothing. Then turn on the shower, cold, and whoop for joy at feeling alive. Don't start with hot water.
Any and all downtime you have where you can't avoid the computer, educate yourself. Read nofap journals, watch Universal Man on youtube, go to yourbrainonporn. Spend the time learning about your addiction instead of mindlessly scrolling.
Set an achievable fitness goal--break an 8/7/6 minute mile; do 20/15/10 pullups, etc--something to motivate you to work out. Just saying, "I'm going to work out" won't sustain your effort, so give yourself something to strive towards. Endorphins are one of your best weapons to fight this battle.
Sorry for some hard love, but coming on here to just say you've relapsed and not saying what you're going to do about it is just setting you up to come back on here and saying you've relapsed again. Definition of insanity, right? Accountability isn't just about admitting what you've done wrong, it's about committing to what you're going to do right--and for that to succeed, it has to be goal-oriented, low-bar, actionable steps to get you through the first two weeks. After that, your willpower will increase and your good habits will start making the urges easier to handle. YOU GOT THIS!!

1 day in an hour. Haven’t been posting. Got to get back on it.

    Prayer.
    Said a Rosary yesterday.

Abstinence. Have not done an intermittent fast for a few days. Back to work tomorrow and back to some structure.

    Rest.
Visited family the last few days. Reading. Watching golf. Got in a couple rounds fo golf on Saturday.

    Exercise. None.

Nutrition. Started taking turmeric supplements yesterday. Been eating like crap. Had a bit of dairy. Was totally revolted by it. Could only do one bite. Emotional memory came back of having the same kind of reaction when I was very small. My body is healing from what dairy did to me I guess. A good sign. I shutter when I think of my reaction to it. So gross. I really was right that my body can’t stand dairy.

Time. Being patient with myself. I will get through this one day at a time.
