    Welcome
Please, start studying carefully what's happening in your mind > https://oceanrecoverycentre.com/2016/07/the-ultimate-guide-to-overcoming-internet-porn-addiction/

First time without porn will be stressful , but if you resist , in some months you will feel reborn.

If the first times a person relapse easly, it's okay.
The streaks becomes even longer , day by day.
Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.

We should improve in all area of our life, just being dissatisfied or stressed makes us relapse.

An effective weapon to overcome urges and thoughts : mindfulness.
The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist

If you need a concrete help you could install these porn blockers:

Welcome to the forum. There's a lot of help here, it was invaluable in my own early days.

I put together this list of tools early on, and certainly put as many things in place as you can. Importantly - get others involved in your recovery.

  5. My first thought is tell us about yourself. The more we know about you, the more specific the advice can be. There can be fairly comprehensive, overall guides but there's just so much to it especially if we're looking at overall self improvement. Since social support is a big part, that's another reason why good communication is needed. Because even if you went to a sex therapist or something they don't hang out with you in a regular, casual social setting - and this forum can be kind of like that.

Not only is it important to consider the fact that you're just starting out, there's things like how old you are, where you're at in life (single, in relationship, living at home with relative, working at home vs. working or going to school etc.) matters - and that's just the basics. There's no telling how much any given advice applies to your life situation unless we have some idea and that'll take some time including you telling us enough.

I started just a few weeks ago in nofap but I'm sure that I way to control is to substitute PMO for something. I use music, I don't play any instruments, but there are many online pianos that I play when I'm bored (and in those momets I normaly have urges) and it makes me feel more relaxed and calm. I also have a rubik's cube, and when I have urges I try to solve it, and when I have finished I don't need to fap.

Be patient. Be open to learning as much about yourself as possible. Challenge yourself and be prepared to fail and learn from your failures and get back up and dust yourself down as quickly as possible.

    good luck!

    In general:
Educate yourself about porn addiction as much as possible, stay away from social media, alcohol, drugs and junk food, start developing hobbies you like the more productive and or educational the better, and don't let relapses put your self worth down!

    Hi, welcome

Try to do something physical everyday it's more easy to control the body than the mind. A healthy body is the prelude to a healthy mind.

Also sports release healthy amounts of dopamine and you feel less need to PMO
