I one day into this journey. For some, simply being here makes the battle feel easier.

Getting good at avoiding anything triggering on Instagram and Snapchat, had a few rough nights of trying to sleep but having the hardest wood ever and so many urges. Feeling a little less stressed than before which is good.

 

Day 41, the force is getting stronger.

 

Day 4 . My day counter has been restored 3 times this month. I started the year with a 8 day streak and continue until 60 days. I remember how I felt my body the day after , how I lost something from me. Now I cant pass of 9 days since April. Quarantine has made this harder. But we must battle against ourselves to achieve something big. Wish you luck guys , and keep forward.

Having the same problem, got to 126 days now can't get passed 30 days. Things are difficult but surrendering is not an option. We will keep trying....for as long as it takes.
