  2. I do, as part of BPD, like IGY. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Absolute worst thing I've ever experienced. I take Abilify daily specifically to counteract this.

I have diagnosed dpdr. I got it after bad weed exprerience in SEP 2020, so for now I still have symptoms, but a little bit easier, than at the start.
Started noPMO 2 weeks ago, I believe it can help, because DP/DR is connected with anxiety, which may connected with PM (I prerry sure).
    Will see.

I had DP/DR for many years varying with different levels of severity . At times it felt like I was underwater or experiencing life behind a glass screen . It’s one of the most brutal things one can experience in everyday life . It’s not just the feeling but the numbness of all emotions and lack of depth to life

Despite of this , there is a way out . I read a great book called ‘at last a life’ by a dude called Paul David. I would highly recommend if your suffering from DP/DR or anxiety . Really hits the nail on the head

My breakthrough came with nofap though I just say. Cutting out all the external stimulants like porn and what not . But the most important thing is cleaning up your mind , letting go of that dirty mind along with the fantasies and what not . As soon as I started cleaning up my mind , my mental clarity really developed and along with it left the DP/DR

  5. I've experienced the Derealization thing as a part of BPD, I think that has been covered in the past on this forum. Absolutely dreadful way to go through stuff for me, feeling like an NPC on a third person game or something along the lines of that and thinking are my thoughts really unique? I don't know it's just like groundhog day without a personality or soul or frame of reference to go by...

  6. I had an episode in college when I was talking to my adviser I suddenly felt that it was all so unreal and like I was looking at her from the other side of a long tunnel. Really strange experience. Haven't had a repeat.
