Day One

I am a 23 year old in college. Porn and Masturbation has been part of my life longer than than the time I lived without it, around 13 years. Even early on the effects of my porn addiction were obvious, I would stay up through the night multiple times a week scrolling and fapping even though I had school the next day. Throughout the years I have fallen further and further into the trap building up my tolerance until today when I decided that I needed to make a 180 in my life and created this account. I am hopeful for a better life and an end to the horrific shame and fear of being found out that I have felt for the last 6-7 years.
