Getting through the night

    So pissed right now. I’m pretty sure I suffer from some type of sex insomnia. I don’t know what it’s called but it definitely exists. I’ll wake up during the night and just do horny things and not remember a single thing the next morning. I’ve failed many times because of it. I’ll go to sleep. Be pretty much out. And then all of a sudden will wake up to see me doing the nasty deed with my hand.
    Tonight I decided to use a sleeping pill to keep me asleep through the night and I still managed to wake up.
    I’m so mad and upset with myself, I was going good this week and had to go screw it up as always.
    I’ll never get over this.

    Maybe you are losing control when you are half asleep. but I don't know how involuntary this is. Anyway you can try different things for a better and a non-interrumped sleep:
    • Get really tired before going to bed. By doing exercise for example
    • Don't use electronic devices at night. It has been proven blue light which they emit, disrrupts our normal cycle of sleeping.
    Our brains tend to relate addictive behavior with other things wich are present during this behavior (Pavlov experiment). You can try to use another bed, an sleeping bag or change your bed sheets, mattress...
