I'm doing better . last some days was scary and day 4 and 5 and have been better. I got spiritually uplifted. Guys..! Spirituality is a good tool to fight this addiction.

I have habit of waking um very early e.g. 4 am and unfortunately laying in bed I use computer and one thing lead to another I end up relapsing
