At it's essential core it is the crazy cycle of it offering to help fix your life problems but only ends up causing new ones and not helping the original one, which ends up having you going to the thing that caused and created most of your problems now which is porn to solve all the problems that the porn caused causing more problems for one to solve going to porn to solve it which creates more and more problems that need solving so you go to porn to solve that problem which creates more problems that has you going to porn to try to solve creating more problems to solve

Folding together and stacking up creating a real life frankenstein

This has to stop at the root. So many people are getting weakened and destroyed by playing around in the mud for too long

Agreed. It makes you look at women like theyre a product youre enjoying. Porn ultimately is a product at the end of the day so when you enjoy the women in the videos you are enjoying your "product". Reducing them down to an object of pleasure giving you that creep factor and dem creep eyes from just devouring your gf on the screen that you intensely stared at and banged with your hand

 

Im stopping right now. Heres a little tip/secret for dealing with pmo addiction refer to stopping as something that happens in the present, not the future. It helps a lot. Dont tell yourself "I have to quit" meaning youve only quit after you reached a certain goal or amount of days, tell yourself "ive quit already" because in the current moment you are not watching and "im quitting right now".

Dont tell yourself "Im gonna stop watching porn" say "Ive stopped watching porn" admitting it like that holds you accountable and keeps you grounded in this moment that youve stopped. People feel like theyre not allowed to say theyve stopped yet until they reached a certain milestone.

You guys are good haha. Yes you describe it very well. Its crazy how we all relate. Wow. I cant believe others understand it to this point. I know others had porn addiction but Im shocked to see how it deeply effected others like it did me.

I thought i was the only one of the few on the planet who would dare venture as far as i did.

Also another horrible thing porn does it tries to stop you from being a reasonable person. It tries to degrade you further and further to make you ask yourself why should i come back and be a reasonable human when ive went down to the level of an animal? Whats the point?
