    In the last days I used internet ONLY for nofap (aside from social media and checking some things on my phone)

    I may be a little "addicted to recovery" right now. So I'm checking in again. Day 5 isn't quite over, but there's no risk until my Day 6 begins.
    Well either I check in again this evening or it will be tomorrow
    One week here I come!

    The urge is definitely still there, so far relying on simple conviction to get by without problem (simply say to myself “nope, not gonna do it, not gonna view P anymore”)

    But in other aspects of self improvement, haven’t been as disciplined, and still wasting time on the internet. That’s why I need to practice consistent discipline in addition to simple conviction in my training.

    In my experience, self improvement is tied to PMO struggle. When you’re doing things to improve your own condition, you generally feel good and have high self-esteem, and that’s the key, because low self-esteem can easily lead to self-indulgence and self-abandon.

    Checking in Day 128 free from MO. Day 200 free from Porn.

    Been going through PAWS/flatline symptoms over the last few days. It's been rough, low stress tolerance. Weakness/fatigue. Insomnia the night before last, which gave me a strong urge to masturbate for the first time in a while, of course I understood that it has to do with the discomfort I was feeling so no dice on giving in. Tension/anxiety resurfacing. Today is better than yesterday but it's still been rough.

    My plan of action is to increase meditation in the morning to 30 mins and 30 mins at night. Currently i've been doing , 10 mins when I wake, 20 mins after breakfast and 10 mins after lunch. Let's see what happens.

  11. It will take some time. Try meditating and if u start having negative thoughts just breathe slowly and get it out of ur mind.
