[60-CHALLENGE] THE SIXTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

10 days done, gotta keep redirecting the mind when sexual fantasies/memories come up. It is possible to let go of this habit, one moment at a time. I have to be willing to sometimes be very uncomfortable and to not get what I want, but it is worth it. The calm that eventually comes, the lack of shame that eventually comes, it is worth it. Keep going everyone.

13 days done. The other night I watched a short episode of a series that I was pretty sure would have nudity and/or sex in it. Actually it didn’t! I am going to avoid that series for at least the rest of this challenge though.
