Not necessarily, but rather, if anything causes you to lust, cut it out from your life with extreme prejudice. Don't permit any urge to build up or allow any ideas about how to relapse to form. And especially, find positive things to fill and replace the vacuum left behind.

  4. Might watch only documentary from time to time.

I always say, if you feel the need to ask, you have your answer. Though moderation being key, I find it silly to become a hermit. As @IGY mentioned, you can be smart and filter what you watch, and entertainment isn't a bad thing in itself. Just as always though, all things in moderation.,

  7. ever watched vikings or other popular movies or series? so much sex and naked in it like i am watching a porn movie/

they lead to relapses, if you really wanna try hard and recover and have more time to do productive stuff than quit it.

or just watch some that has no naked in it love or sex

Live like a hermit; it is a beautiful life. Movies just feed our compulsions. Work with your hands in nature, I mean, if it's available to you. Let your brain work on something instead of downloading all kinds of meaningless stuff from movies. But, I did see you say you'll keep it documentaries, a second good option!

It depends on what you watch also depends on how you feel. If you feel you are strong enough to resist feel to watch but if you feel you might be triggered avoid them at all cost.

No , just avoid the movies and series with sexual content that is all.

Ultimately, you probably mostly know what gets you riled up. Avoid that! I think this is key at any point, but especially key for any guy starting out in this PMO journey or early in a streak... be cautious in the first couple of months especially.

However I also don't think it's wise to run away from everything in life that might cause you to stumble. Sure, lean toward running away to start off. Yet I think when you run from a situation where there's a low chance there just might be a temptation, you're giving it excessive power over you, and thinking worse of yourself than you should. Getting an urge is not God dropping a lightning bolt on you that you can't resist or dodge. It's more like a small wild animal just jumped out of your garbage can and wants to fight. You can take it on, and you can win.

That said, there's a difference between a situation where you're about 90% sure there's going to be a temptation and a situation where you think there's a 10% chance of temptation. A big difference. Don't walk into situations where you're almost certain a temptation is coming. Don't take bad fights.

I guess all I'm trying to say is that we are stronger than we give ourselves credit for. I know we all feel so weak, because we want to quit so bad and just struggle again and again... but there is strength deep within us if you can cultivate it, and when you take this journey, I think you'll find it.

  12. I'm 14 minutes into the first episode of a Netflix recommended series "startup" there's already been 3 sex scenes and a girl saying to her mother in front of her father, don't lecture me about sacrifice she lets molly popping rat boy dump his load inside of her for 6 months just so she could have place to live. all while promoting virtual coins

a perverted idea is like a virus it stays and lives inside of you, it can never be unseen or unheard how it effects you at any time can be catastrophic for anyone and everyone, Netflix is full of these perverted ideas especially Netflix originals.

but there's a setting where you can block any show or movie you want, my block list is over 300.

No. You want to have something to do while recovering.

  14. It depends on how deep you want to go with it. There are a lot of things that are dopamine driven, and you find yourself wanting more and more (in this case, binge watching) but people are generally not interested in quitting everything even if they understand there's that same mechanism at work. There are other things like social media, and you'll probably find a lot of posts that doesn't qualify for why people think it's good or bad, yes or no, or not very specifically.

That said, there are good shows, but the big question is how do you know which ones are good and not provocative without watching it? If you turn to the forum to ask people, do you even know what peoples tastes are, even if they may be pretty good about NSFW and dangerous stuff in terms of p-Sub?

When we want to be entertained we don't want to analyze stuff since it's basically a passive process, which would be work, but it does still take time and energy even if it takes less. So are you reading stuff instead when you're not watching a documentary, or what other kinds of activities are on the menu? If nothing else it may help to think about that.
