    Completed 3day challenge so I am moving up!

    I feel decent urges already.
    Honestly feels like super difficult to tame myself. Sex thoughts on every corner.
    I know what to do. Take deep breaths. Be present and aware.
    I am watching Nadal on RG so I am going to wach every point very cautiously. That my mind shouldnt wander that much.
