    Hello folks,
    I have tried quitting porn a thousand times but failed miserably every time. For the past 4 years, the longest I have been without porn is 3 days. I have tried quitting it on my own but without any actual research and strong motivation. Because this addiction has damaged my life in many ways, I am finally being very motivated to quit this addiction. I have started research but I do know the hardship because personally, it was really hard for me to abstain from porn for a long time. Cheers to the journey that I have started and looked forward to being a success story.

    One query that I would like to have is related to confession. Please help me. Thanks.

    Some of us have tried to stop watching porn and masturbating a million times so don’t give up.

    In your poll you asked if you should confess to your parents. Depending on how much you trust your parents I would say yes. Depending on what type of relationship you have with them I would say yes. Parents can be your biggest support or they can be your biggest barrier. Only you know your parents. I know you can overcome porn and I know you will someday call yourself a ‘non-user’ with confidence.

    I know how you feel. I want to quit porn and masturbation for at least 30 days. My reason to doing nofap is so I can make music I like listening to and one day become a big artist. I want to achieve this and no urge is going to take it away from me anymore. Im going to research how to transmute my energy elsewhere and be mentally clear. I heard meditation helps a lot.
