    Officially 210 days( 7 months) free from porn! I had 1 MO relapse on day 72 which and I now stand MO free 138 days.

    Lot's of ups and downs in this journey and I expect there to be more as I ride out this PAWS/flatline period. There has been a lot of learning in this as well.

    Abstinence.
    Noticed I eat less than I used to. 2 large Panago pizzas used to only last 2 days. Lasted me 3 days this time. Back to the fasting tomorrow.

    Slept really good last night. Muchly needed. Did not sleep good at all the night before because of stolen car.

    Have not been eating very good the last few days. Back to work and a regular schedule tomorrow. Will pick up healthy food tonight.

    I have been noticing that I am doing fine and then boom I get hit with a huge temptation. Always when I spend idle time on my iPad. I think I need to avoid idle internet time.

    Thank you so much guys for the feedback. I will definitely take try to take this as a learning moment and make the changes I need to. Champions adjust.

    The last day has been pretty good though. I got to hang out with some old friends and take some time to slow down. There was an urge or two here and there but I dealt with it pretty well. Time to keep moving

    Day 15 no P
    Day 10 no MO 5 days until Hobbit level

    In 2 days, I will have reached the point that I MO'd on my closest shot to Hobbit in a while, and in 5 days, I will be a hobbit. Life is going well. A few days ago, I looked something up that could have been triggering, but nothing appeared, and I closed out of my computer knowing that I dodged a bullet. Had the urge to M half an hour ago, but that is due to my full bladder methinks, as a full bladder tends to make me horny for some reason (maybe it pushes on my prostate). So far so good though. Other than a search the other day (not even looking for P or P-subs, just looking up some controversy from almost a year ago, that has been resolved), and the urges today, I have had pretty smooth sailing. With that said, now is not a time to get complacent as that will be the pride before the fall, and I cannot afford to relapse again on MO or P. Never again, and I am determined to make it to White Wizard in 490 days.

    Meditate, daily. it´s a great way to relief stress. also, don´t procrastinate, afirm your commitments/tasks and follow through.

    negative emotions are always a trigger. especially when we don´t know what to do with them. the suffering gets stuck in the body and we search for an atomic bomb (porn) to make everything go away.

    first of all try to meditate, daily. that will help you stay grounded and balanced. however, if you feel overwhelmed with a present heavy emotion, use this tecnique.



    another simple tecnique you can do is simply "pause". when you feel some negative emotion starting to creep in, just pause, be still and do nothing. that will help settle the rising emotional charge.

    well, insomnia night is my aquilles heel. i relapsed so many times because of that shit.

    well, if you don´t feel horny then just grab a book, make some tea, and after a while try to sleep again.

    if you do feel horny, then shut down all eletronic devices, no questions asked. also don´t turn on the TV, as it´s probable you´ll start fishing on the TV. do a relaxing tecnique instead, engage in self-talk, do some light exercises (streches, walk around the house), make tea, read a book, use the outside air to calm yourself. and after a while try to sleep again ;)

    i hope this helps :). this information was gathered after several 3:00 am relapses!! ;)

    Still feeling tired and foggy, but my mood is good so it´s good :). little social anxiety :)

    Alright alright alright! I have to reset my counter unfortunately.
    Even though it offered me such interesting adventures and even brought some of my woshes into reality, I still wasn't able to abstain, as boredom took my mind away and into relapse.
    However, I have managed to abstain today when a pop-up appeared after reading some manga.
    I am struggling between wanting to get some and improving myself. While improving myself sounds pretty good, I need to know some people after all this time in the lockdown.
    The language barrier makes it way more challenging..but I guess ...when a challenge appears, I have to take it on!

    another day and meditation, studies,a bit of walking, cycling indoors and cold showers....and managed to eat too much at the dinner :confused:(didn't feel that much until I had a glass of water later)

    Checking in day 6 - went for dinner with friends and I ended up being the one talking about sex the whole time - like the relapse last week just brainwashed any sense of decorum from me, like a loud brash Uruk Hai. I could see I was making them uncomfortable. I need to have a serious look at myself this week
