I don't know what happened, I have gone downhill.

    Gosh, another relapse, this is becoming a habit now..

    I first knew about nofap in late december and decided to give it a go on the 26th, I did a pretty terrific job by lasting 157 days, my highest yet, then the first relapse happened, next streak was a good 50days, kind of happy about it, yet sad about relapsing, now for the next 20 days or so, I relapsed 3 TIMES!!

    thats more than what I did in 207 days, I don't know what happpened to me, I don't know where my willpower went, but I seem to have lost it all, every fucking time I get an urge, I can fight it for about 20mins then I fuck it up.

    I used to be a boss at NoFap, I don't know whether to quit or no now, I'm just so lost

    As one who hopes to get there...How did you fall after 50 days? After 157 days?

    I'm pretty sure it started with edging here and there till I reached a point where urges where tooo strong to handle, I really still regret them or I would have been on 228 days right now ;(

    Edging aka fapping. If you're touching it for any reason besides washing it for two seconds, you're fapping.

    In my 60+ days of nofap I have learned the secret is... Just don't touch yourself. It's not rocket science

    You just got lazy. Time to man up again

    We have different definitions of edging, edging for me is when I see questionable pics , I don't touch my dick or anything.

    Anyways, yeah time to man up and get a good streak going

    I try to think in terms of boundaries.... the areas and things I simply will not do or look out. There's never any negotiation, no second thoughts, no reasoning to fudge a bit. There are even bikini shots that I will not view. In the end "cheating" a bit just makes the challenge that much more harder for me.

    Your 207 day streak is remarkable. IMHO, forgive yourself and look how far you have progressed!
     
  7. Fapout. You did so well. Think! Last November you didn't even know this stuff existed. Now it's helped you see that you can live free from the shame, self-hatred etc

    I made the decision to quit smoking on Dec 31 2004. I had many relapses but I always knew I would never go back to regularly buying that filth to pollute myself and make myself sick. Divorce, death of best friend was worst relapse. I bought a few packs over a couple of months. Then it went down to 10 a year or so, then 5 - stupid stuff with getting drunk. But finally, last year, 2014 (10 years later) was the first year without a cigarette or tobacco of any kind since 1990. And this year I aint gonna be back on that sh1t. And boy does that feel good. You already know how good it feels and you're not gonna want to lose that feeling!

    From the sounds of your success this year, you're well on the road, there may be relapses but you will reach the goal. Because the think that wants to help you and for you to be happy found this and showed you the way. Don't lose heart! You already did great. You will get back on it. Chances are something's not going to well in another area of your life right now. It won't last forever. Better evergy will come back and when it does, you will have more confidence than ever that you can do this :))))
