I've relapsed into M today. I still did my routine, and the relapse happened because I felt the urges start this morning. I took some deep breaths, and finished my morning routine, but the urge lingered, and after about 4 hours after it started, I felt like I just wanted to do it to get it out of my system and continue my day. Is there anything I can do if the urge lingers on for this long?
I have been feeling a little anxious, after my porn relapse last week, even though I made it a few months away that attempt (but was still relapsing to masturbation) I was afraid of being right back to where I started- when my addiction was at it's worse, I was relapsing every 2 weeks. Even though it might not be often compared to some, I remember how absolutely awful I felt. This relapse into Masturbation makes me a little more anxious because I don't want to start spiralling down to rock bottom.
