I started watching porn when I was 14 years old,. But, as time passed I got addicted to it. I was watching porn almost everyday and ended up with mustarbation. But, gradually, I realised that I got frausted , I am facing serious concentration problerm on studying, and most of the time I got upset without any reason. I traied a lot to practise nofap but everytime I fail. Today, I found this website and am trying my nofab journey again. So, please help giving useful suggestions...

Hey man, I just wanted to let you know that I am in the same boat. I have started the same journey. I don’t have any advice as I am pretty new to this but I just wanted to let you know that you aren’t alone.

You got this bro! Set yourself smalls goals to reach and you'll see that it gets easier over time.
Your bros are all here for you if you need anything!
Here are a few tips to stay on NoFap:
    • Take cold showers
    • Don't go on social media that you know will be provocative
    • Use web blockers to keep all inappropriate out of reach from your phone or pc
    • Wake up early
    • Exercise more; use excess energy that you build up from NoFap to train until exhaustion if you don't do that already
    • Keep yourself occupied (Read, learn languages, play instruments, etc.)
    • Tell someone close to you about your addiction. A friend or family member that will understand. This can be an extremely damaging blow because addiction is severely rooted in secrecy, so when the cover is blown and people say that it is unacceptable, you might feel that and have the tides turn in your favor towards fighting PMO.
    • Interact with more people. A lot of times we use PMO to fill in voids of loneliness within our lives, which have been left open by a lack of interaction with family, friends, a significant other, etc. It is important that you notice whether this is an issue or not, and if it is, that you tackle it by going out of your way to fix it. Chat with more people, try to contact your family and friends more, etc.
    • Have a greater cause to do it for. If you have noticed that PMO is severely harming your grades and could put your entire career in jeopardy, then that can be a pretty big moment in which you realize that you need to take this addiction issue seriously. If a moment like that doesn't happen, then remember that the people that look at you every day aren't seeing the full picture of you, but merely as fraction of what you can become. Quit PMO for God, family, friends, or people close to you that you care for and you know care for you.

That's all I have for now. If you need any more help feel free to message me or any other people on the site. Good luck on your journey brudda!
