This is absolutely ridiculous. I wake up every day eager and my willingness to stop this behavior is so strong. Then throughout the day my willpower is just whittled away and I end up relapsing. This has been going on for YEARS. I cant believe I am still struggling with this problem. I feel SO shitty down unfocused after. I need to remember the feeling immediately after and how shitty it is as appose to the instant gratification of PMO.

PMO is the reason for the demise of men. I can feel the flash of great potential when I go on a streak.

I will work harder to not be a subject to this poison.

    Hello brother.
Same here..same here...everytime I relapse I feel like the shitties person ever to walk the earth.
ESPECIALLY, when I relapse after some long days/weeks of no PMO.
After doing it, I am like '' was this worth it ? '' Answer: NO

Here's an interesting perspective: remember when we were young and their weren't much side effects and we did it way too often.. but now there are many side effects and they all hit hard. Make a list of what pmo has done to you. Then for every single thing - and I mean everything - you write down how it has changed your life for the WORSE. READ THE LIST MANY TIMES A DAY. Its nightfall now.. home from the day. DID YOU READ THE LIST THROUGHOUT THE DAY?? Well you still wanna choke your purple headed warrior at night because it hasn't sunk in what has been happening- A.) Get off the drugs that cloud the judgment- booze, weed, pills....B.)Find a Psychological worker to help you C.) ORDER GEORGE COLLINS BOOK ON BREAKING THE CYCLE

suffer the pain of regret or the pain of discipline

you're stuck in a vicious cycle, try to find out the patterns leading up to a relapse so you can avoid or atleast be aware of them the next time.

if all fails, run to the shower and take a cold shower, dont be a pussy.

Doing it again... I've faced that for 5 years. For the life and lord of me, I've tried to find out what was my trigger. Then it hit me. I was hanging around people that I thought to be my friends, were in face toxic people. They hurt you more than help you. They will burn you down just so that they can get a laugh out of you.

Find the people that are doing that. When you do, and they hurt you, just say "Ow!" really loud. If they really care, they will look at you and say sorry. If they are toxic, they will only laugh at you.

You admitted that you have a problem, now its your time to clean up.

Once I've found who was toxic to me, I put them on my crap list. If they have anything to say to me, I only allow Facebook or Email responses. This makes it so that there's evidence of their treatments. Enough to be used for a restraining order.

I’m struggling with this too for years. I’ve started reading SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION method which has helped a little. Im even contemplating getting rid of my smart phone and pc all together and going back to a basic non touch phone. Just try to remember the feeling you experience after PMO and try to live it in momentarily as a reminder to stay strong. You aren’t alone man, good luck.
