HELP I HAVE A DATE AND IM FAT

    Brothers ı love a girl so much and we have a date in july.I have 1 month to look better and thiner.Im currently 98 kg and 180cm.I gained a lot weight(18kg).How can ı loose 10 kg or more.I really dont wanna show up like this.

    Have you seen his girl seen you before?, Has she made any suggestion that she has a particular 'look' in mind when it comes to her dates?

  4. My father lost 20 kgs in a couple of months. Hes been struggling with his weight for the past 10 years. I brought him to a professional dietist which follows the PALEO way. He went from 105 kgs to 85 kgs. The following is an extreme version adapted to your needs. Follow this advice and you will be RIPPED. You will also tranform into a fucking beast.

    CUT OUT ALL CARBS AND SUGARS AND LIVE ON MEAT CHEESE EGGS AND VEGETABLES. EAT ONLY FROM 13.00 TO 21.00. DO NOT DRINK MILK. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER (add flavor if you dont like it), GREEN TEA (2 liters minimum) AND AQUARIUS (water with electrolytes).

    Excercise 6 times a week. Train each body part two to three times a week. Do not do "cardio" but do SPRINTS twice a week. Train in the high rep range (8-12). If no acces to the gym do the SUPERHERO BODY WORKOUT from Anthony. Do hard physical labor in your spare time such as cutting trees or landscaping, break a fucking sweat! I dont care buy a fucking axe and split wood for 1 to 2 hours a day or keep toiling your (friends) garden manually with a shovel in the baking sun. Go to the sauna 3 times a week. Additionally got to a red light sauna for muscle recovery if you are not accustomed to hard work.

    Use a QUALITY protein shake to mix with water twice a day such as CARNIVOR SHRED!!! Carnivor is top of the line beef protein supplement with all kinds of wonderfull muscle building additives, its a miracle protein powder.

    Your daily plan;
    0. Cold shower + meditation
    1.Work
    2. Chicken cheese salad OR bacon and eggs
    3. Work
    4. Protein shake
    5. Excercise
    6. Protein shake
    7. Shower
    8. Steak and vegetables
    9. Toil garden/ split wood/ cut trees
    10. Fat free cottage cheese (add protein powder if you cant stand the taste)
    11. Sleep (7-8 hours!!)

    How much kcal are you eating on average now? Start with 1500 kcal lower than that and drop down 250 kcal each week. Empty your kitchen, throw all that shit in the garbage can. Dont go to the bakery. Buy all your meats and vegetables from the local farmer in bulk and freeze that shit (get a vacuum sealer and freeze every chicken and steak meal). Cook every day. Dont go out eating with friends. Dont smoke, drink alcohol or do drugs. Eat 1 PINEAPPLE CORE/ day and throw the juice/fleshy/sugary part (makes you ripped). Eat the occasional chocolate bar or piece of fruit.

    Follow this and you will get ripped. Get two mirrors and put them across each other. Watch yourself progress DAILY and take pictures. The only thing that matters the following 4 weeks is eating, working and excercise. Cut out all contact with friends! Do NOT go out wasting your time or you will REGRET IT when seeing the look on her face realizing you are a fat slob (no offense ment). EAT WORK TRAIN SLEEP REPEAT.

    Warning: training hard and eating mostly meat will STIMULATE PASSION AND DESIRE. You will become extremely energetic and full of desire for pussy and fapping. Do not break, use your urges to work! Split wood take cold shower or meditate... do whatever it takes to channel that energy but DO NOT WATCH PORN OR FAP.

    I wouldn't worry too much. If she's worth it, she'll continue to like you, no matter your weight. This isn't to say we all couldn't stand to lose a few pounds (I'm much heavier, 6'1, 270 lbs and happily married), but don't let the thought tyrannise your mind, because it's not what ultimately matters.

  7. Please dony discourage him from self-imorovement even though hes motivated by someone else. This might be an opportunity for him to learn what it means to singularly put all energy en focus on one objecte and see the results such an attitude brings. If done correctly this will teavh him tremendous amouts of discipline and perseverence. Two qualities every man should have.
     
  8. My purpose wasn't to discourage the OP from physical exercise, but to discourage him away from physical exercise in the hopes of winning someone else's approval. Doing things only to please someone else brings resentment towards the person we were trying to win over. Much better is to have a personal goal of exercising for your own well-being.

  9. I agree. But sometimes we need to take a less ideal path to come to a better one :) if that gives him motivation right now, its better than doing nothing.

    Don't worry about your look. You can do workouts for feeling better as preperation for your date. Keep in mind, you won't lose fat in that speed but your self-confidence becomes better in a fast way with workouts. A great self-confidence is what girls/women like on men! The look is the first impression of a person at the start, but after that the interaction will begin.

    Don't eat anything you fat pig and workout :p
    No, seriously, just don't eat sweets and sugars. If you are really comitted, dont eat for a day. And the next day, only eat two small meals, no sugars. Do this and in a week you will look better
