Hi mate, that is really good that you have made a start on your journey and I wish you all the best. In terms of my routine, currently I am not working so I wake up, eat breakfast, meditate twice a day. I try to eat healthily and exercise daily as I find this helps deal with urges. Also just finding friends to share your issues e.g. low self-esteem, and working through them as the psychological issues are the cause of our addictions. I have moved away from pmo and it has given me the opportunity to have a better life. I have a lot of challenges dealing with my feelings etc but I am still in a far better place than I once was. Good luck mate and let me know if you have any questions :))

I'm 22, started when I was 13. Started my PMO journey when I was 18. In terms of benefits I am definitely more confident, better at socialising, the ability to say no and greater self-control. But I do not believe that this is down to just stopping PMO. I think the key to gaining benefits is adjusting your lifestyle and addressing underlying issues that may be causing problems in your life. The biggest benefit of nofap is making me aware of the issues in my life as this awareness has allowed me to resolve these issues, leading to a more positive life and me becoming a better person.

I haven't read anything from our brothers/sisters above this, but I would like to say: Maybe just try and live the life you would like to have lived before you die. It doesn't have to be grand. Simplicity is beautiful too.

When I am in my darkest moments I always end up saying to myself: " What does your ideal day look like?"

Low and behold, the answer is always as I expect. It's always what I truly love the idea of doing. What brings me the most peace. Even if it's just of mind and not of action. That is the start I always yearn for in those most difficult of times. To somehow just come back to center. Back to peace. Back to me. Back to Source.

I like how simple you made it. “Live the life you’d like to have lived before you died.” Good stuff
