Can i take 3 cold showers a day?

    Hello guys i decided to take cold showers every day 3 times, i am on day 4 and i think that cold showers have helped. I want to take cold showers before i get an urge because if an urge comes it is very difficult to wake up and get in the cold water.These days i have very little urges maybe of cold showers,so the question is can i get sick of getting too many cold showers a day?.

    Too many hot showers would be bad for your skin.
    But taking a lot of cold showers should not be an issue at all.

    Welcome to the cold shower gang! One of the best things you can do to yourself.

    Thanks for your answer, do you get any pain in your muscles when you get too cold like when you can not turn your head or your arm, i don't know how it is called in english

    No, but just like everything you probably shouldn't overdo it. No need to go for the coldest water humanly possible. And it's enough to shower for 5 minutes or less. No need to shower for 30 minutes in ice water to prove a point.

    Yes, you can.
    And don't worry, you won't get sick from it.
    I completed the 30 day cold shower challenge during the winter, your body eventually get used to it.
    Keep in mind though that cold showers won't really help you to deal with urges. (sorry)
