How many of you have experienced magnetism and female attraction during your NoFap streaks?

Confidence boost for me, a “if I can do nofap then I can talk to whatever woman I want and get her attention” and so it has been multiple times. It’s still very much a numbers game though. I’m of the opinion that it’s one of those things that it’s always been there, not watching porn just helped to go through the deepest introspection and self therapy I’ve ever done, which finally let the confidence come out after all the dust settled.

 

I found myself naturally dragged into conversation and just saying words automatically.

For me nofap is a gamechanger.

 

I had a crush on this girl back in december and I eventually told her. She rejected me and we broke contact for several months basically until march this year when she messaged me and wanted to meet. My crush for her had dissappeared by then but we stayed friends because we had a pretty good friendship before. Then I started ramping up several good streaks and I met her almost weekly for a while. At 45 days clean I rejected a sex offer from another friend of mine because I was going to give this girl a second shot. Then about 2 weeks ago she changed how she behaved around me. We met two weekends in a row and had a total of 5 dates which lasted on average 5 hours I believe. I was upping my flirting game but she was at some point even bolder than me. Touched my thights, leaned in really close etc. So we got pretty intimate on our last meeting. I was almost about to kiss her a few times and she was ready. Unfortunately I didnt feel it when I had the chance. I am going on a 2 weeks vacation now and nofap is my number 1 priority. When I get back I believe I will be ready for that kiss. She is the prettiest woman I have met in a while and I am pretty sure nofap is the key to success here.

 

Honestly, I don't think it's real. Most of the few times I've been approached by women, I was only on a shitty 1-3 day streak (I'm usually on a shitty streak most of the time) and when I was on a 14 day streak (my record), I didn't notice much of a difference. When I'm on a decent streak, I tend to be more aware of my surroundings - thus I notice more glances, stares and smiles from women which I probably miss when I'm on a shitty streak. I also exercise, dress nicely and overall take care of myself regardless of my nofap streak. Nofap motivates a lot of people here to do things like that - which are more important for attracting women than nofap itself. I mainly believe nofap improves sexual, athletic and mental performance, but not so much direct female attraction - that's done by overall self improvement, not nofap alone.

From my experience i'm more confident when i'm on long streaks and just overall enjoying life more. Therefore females (aswell as males) appreciate my company more, because who doesn't like to have a happy, confident and fullfilled person around?
But imo, those changes don't occur because of the fact i'm holding back my semen. I think it's a side effect of challenging oneself and overcoming obstacles and hard times. Just the same way people who start going to the gym and stick to it grow more confident as they push hard again and again and again.
It's just that nofap seems to be very effective in this regard. The reason I think is the rebalancing of the neurochemical system that comes along with this challenge. We tend to have a higher amount of happy chemicals released in everyday life and especially social interactions when we don't blow them off all at once all the time when we are alone in our bedrooms.

 

I'm 19 years old and still a virgin in all honesty, but I blame myself for it in all honesty I've only gotten through short streaks before relapsing I've noticed I have been getting taller, thinner, and more muscular since I've gotten to 30 days but I'm unsure if that's enough to attract women as I have several flaws.

 

IMO attraction depends on the guy himself’s nature and his appearance, nofap role is to light up this real attractive guy after PMO killed him, when attractive guy fap he lose his attraction and nofap helps him to get it back,but there are many guys like me who aren’t attractive so nofap will not make them attractive, today is the day 60 of nofap and didn’t have any glance of admiration , the opposite happened when I called out the girl that I had crush but she didn’t answer

 

Ive being doing nofap for..... 2 years i think? Almost 2 years yeah and yeah its very good it helps alot getting atraction from girls and it increased alot since i started nofap but before nofap when i was 18 and started changing my life , atractiom from girls also increased and at that time i still didnt nofap , but with nofap it boosted alot and now i can atract really hot girls, also because i have a good phisic

 

And right now dispite some relapses kf the relapses are few and just one i dont see much retrocess , its like some things are so solid that is very difficult to undue the progress Thank God

 

Big placebo on this one, but hey if NoFap suddenly makes you feel more confident and in turn create attraction, although it's all in the mind, if it works it works. As a decent looking guy who got glances and smiles from girls while on PMO, that did not change on NoFap. Nothing crazy will suddenly happen to you.

Although fitness gains and strength are definitely huge benefits.

Facts bro, this is not a magic potion to make one suddenly attractive. Otherwise all NoFappers would have been God level Casanova's lol. But no worries, doing NoFap and just bettering yourself is great, it is worth it to become the best version of yourself.
