Day 7/30. Update: If I play videogames I will PMO, Porn and videogames go way too much together. They both unmotivated me and took up all of my free time, and both keep me in the need of large dopamine hits. As I stopped videogames for the past few days completely (I also have a videogame addiction) I finally started to notice that in 10 years of being stuck in PMO, this time has been the easiest so far. I also used my incredible amount of free time now that I don't watch porn or play videogames to find a hobby. Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling technology to sell it to others is my hobby now. I love learning and carefully disecting technology to see how it is made. Plus the added smile that I see when someone buys a pristine piece of technology from my Kijiji account is worth it. Also I picked up an old acoustic guitar and bought a course on Udemy to teach me how to play guitar and that is really interesting as well.

Yesterday, I didn't eat or drink anything for 12 hours. STILL counts as IF.

Keeping myself busy at all times, watching shows, playing games, learning guitar chords, interracting with my family's, taking care of my pets. These activities really helped me a lot.
