    After 8 months of nofap, I relapsed twice in the same week. The reason is that the first time I was super turned on, and I did not no what to do about that. The second time was about reading websites to see if nofap works and porn is bad, and they said that both are ok. I think it was healthline. What should I do to prevent more relapses?

    P.S First time: did not watch porn
    Second time: I tried to watch it but felt lots of hesitation and fear; however, the video did not load up, since it was buffering.
