What for I am grateful in this day without PMO?

I think a thread like this, can help us better see the benefits and good moments of life without PMO. We can just think, for what we can be grateful today in our life without PMO? And periodically return to this topic.

The rules are simple: Think what for are you grateful today (even if it looks like you cannot be grateful for anything today, just look better for some simple, little things), and leave here a message like this:

• I am grateful to God for the fact that today I can enjoy the fresh air.
• I am grateful that today I am clean from PMO.
• I am grateful for the fact that today I can connect with other nofappers.
• I am grateful for that I have what to eat today.
