60 days no PMO

Achieving my highest nofap record today on this beautiful summer solstice 2021. 60 days.

Thank God this became easy, thing is you gotta pluck out the weeds of sexual desire as soon as they come. When you accept them and let yourself fantasize about sex it's just a matter of time before you relapse.

After 60 days I'm cleaner and even things like anal disgoust me and let alone the fetishes I used to have.

Writing a journal almost every night with my non-dominant hand is a cool two birds with one stone type thing. By reading the journal I can see what was going through my head when I relapsed and what lead up to it etc. While also exercising my brain by writing with my left.

Benefits (just the ones that are directly from nofap):
-accepting hardships more easily, enthusiastically entering lifes battles.
-closer relationship with God.

other than that I guess nofap influenced some other stuff like a domino effect, but I seriously don't belive it makes women more attracted to you. maybe I'm just more observant to when girls eye me up.

nofap isn't a cheatcode like HESOYAM or AEZAKMI it's just beating an addiction. doing that makes you more confident tho.

one thing to be wary of:
-With a relative nofap success you can become haughty and prideful very easy. Pride comes before fall so watch out not to think that you're better than coomers or anybody for that matter.

 

I'm glad you've become better! I'm still working to stop sexualizing women and see them as just persons, not sexual objects.

you shouldn't really be concerned much about this. stop fapping and watching porn and after a few months when you get with a girl your body is instinctively gonna get aroused.

last year when I first started nofap little by little, I was at a point where I've failed to get hard with 4-5 different girls.. it was devestating, I was wondering what my sexual orientation was and other similar nonsense.

persistance in nofap cured me of the PIED since my brain is slowly getting reset to default settings.
