I can handle the sexual impulses, the high-sex drive and all that. That's not an issue. I don't have any desire whatsoever to watch porn.

The only problem is the worst f'ing case of blueballs. Even if I'm not stimulated or having sexual thoughts my balls slowly get more and more purple and tight past 10 days of delay. To the point where it's excruciating. I like the idea of discipline but dang bros, how do you deal with your balls turning into purple stones?

I can barely walk sometimes it gets so bad, I'm not so sure this thing is completely healthy. If I go solve the problem things loosen up and my balls gets twice as big because they aren't so tight.

I've been pretty disciplined the last few years, would not say I abused PMO too much to be honest. Would look up brunettes in bikinis once a week for 10 minutes. Not exactly a real abuse issue there.

I was worse more than 5 years ago, but not anything that I would say is abuse.

The blueballs can get so bad working out and sitting at my desk becomes difficult, and then if I do break the seal it's painful as heck because it's so damn tight.

If there is a solution to this I'd be all for it, there definitely is an energy boost and mood boost from the discipline but at a certain point it starts to feel counterproductive.

donno man, I only got blue balls ONCE in my whole life. And I had periods of extreme fap marathons and long periods of retention and everything in between.

I would recommand you do some kind of hardcore mental contration exercise. It will kind of 'wash' / refresh your immediate subconsciouss mental zone of thoughts. This is what is causing your blue balls essentially horny thoughts which you don't perceive or supress because you're mentally flexible and healthy enough to surpress thoughts by willing what you pay attention to. Old people generally loose this ability hence they become mentally STIFF.

You can try tratak for 20-30 min a day. Get a candle or print a simple small black dot on a paper and stick it on the wall, big enough that you can see it comfortably but small enough so that your eyes don't wander around inside the dot because its too big. Or if you have a some kind of similar mark on the wall existing already you can gaze at that.
Perferably if you can get a comfortable sit, and have the gazing target slightly above natural eye level and 1-2 meters away from you.
Your only goal is simply to SEE IT. Nothing fancy, no tensing your foreheard midly or strongly just see it. Ever been in a quiet place and heard a sudden noise which scared you and your attention automatically turned to it while your mind was blank, attentive and concentrated? You kind of want to immitate that mental state while looking at your flame/mark.

Similarly for this you can buy a cheap analog watch. One of those small, cheap plastic square analog watches. It should have the seconds hand pause after every second preferably instead of walking continuously.
The goal is simply to watch the seconds hand for a minute or 3 without ANY thoughts at all.
    This is INSANELY hard.

Another exercise you can do, comes from an old book names power of concentration by theron q dumont which you can get for free because the author died like 100 years ago so its out of copyright. The exercise doesnt belong to him of course and may be found in many other places under different paradigms. But here it is.
Preferably sit. Find a posture you can stay comfortably in and stay in it completly motionles for as long as possible. Aim for a minimum of 15minutes per session. Only the breathing muscles should move.
Also important, do not remain motionless through tension and force but through relaxation. SO its like relaxing into the posture. This will also help to relieve chronic tension as a side effect!
You goal is simply to stay relaxed and be aware of the body, from head to toe, only breathing muscles allowed to move comfortably and naturally. Don't pay attention to the air of the breathing since that's not part of your body....
Your body will try to cause involuntary jerk movements or you will experience strong mental urges to move. This is essentially micro tension you are keeping the body which makes you want to move. Relax and calm it down. Once the tension is 'dissolved' you will notice increased awareness, more awareness with less thought and natural mental concentration from it. In the beginning you will also notice a tiny layer of micro movements we do all day long. Like movements of "fascia" the transparent mucus like layer between the skin and the muscles. Also things like eye movements. Eyes move non stop 24/7 you knew that? Even in sleep. However with practice you cna stop them. And eyes are heavily related to the prefrontal cortex which is heavily related to awareness of mental concentration and mental fog. Basically the consciouss mind and the concrete thoughts or mental chatter it entartains. Stopping the eyeballs from moving, again you cannot do it through tension, must relax and focus mentally; will make your mind very one pointed with deep lasting effects far beyond the exericise carrying into daily life. It can even help to lift more in the gym or solve insomnia and lethargy problems!
After you can lay, sit, stand, whatever in any position perfectly motionless for 15 minutes. You can start making it harder by holding a hand in front of your horizontally :) Or both. Or even a leg! Or do the "horse stance" thing or some hard pose like that. Even further you can fill a glass with some liquid, preferably juice or wine because its more visible, fill it to the brim properly, and hold it in front of you with your arm stretched out and locked and stay motionless and perfectly relaxed now :)
Heck if you get really good at this you can start doing advanced stuff like the famous Alexander Zass and other famous isometric trainers. Like reducing your heart to 30beats/min on command or develop very very strong ligaments and muscle contractions on command.

I get where you're coming from, I'm not against meditation. The premise is wrong though, it has nothing to do with sexual thoughts whatsoever. I work long shifts that require intense focus, which in itself is kind of like meditation during which 100% of my thoughts are focused on complex problem solving.

The problem just happens around 10 days and then will not go away no matter what. Go for a jog, take a cold shower, nothing helps. It feels 100% physiological as I get so focused on work and life stuff that there is literally 0% of my thought put towards PMO. When it happens my thoughts are that PMO is not what I want and I wish it would just go away but once it starts it just gets worse and worse over weeks to the point where I can barely function after 25+ days because it feels so excruciatingly painful.

Seriously, nothing works and I'm not disparaging your idea but I'm not lying when I say it has zero to do with thought patterns or subconsciousness. Obviously some people can go for months and even years so it's not impossible but I have no idea how to get over the hurdle, meditation definitely ain't it.

My only thought remaining is my body just can not deal with carrying excess weight. I'm at around 13% bf but thinking my body isn't designed for anything more than 10% and it may be causing bloodflow issues.

Put a bandana/handkerchief to your left groin across below your but.. Put it inside of the underwear. Like your left ball sandwich it witth left leg. Or wear a tight underwear with thin fabric you can put over a jockstrap.. You can test it out. Lessen your lifting weights/work out, maybe once/twice a week.. Take some advil for time out. Update here if it lessen the pain. We have the same problem

You'd think that until you expend so much energy you pass out asleep face first on your keyboard. That's like saying there is no amount of weight that's bad because lifting weights is good. Cognition requires calories and it is absolutely possible to concentrate too hard especially when dealing with hundreds of variables at once, then once it's over you can't stop thinking about it like a revved up engine that needs to slow down.

I'm leaning towards it being related to something like this. Won't go light on the workouts because if I did I'd probably go insane however I'm overhauling my wardrobe. New shorts, new boxers more expensive more comfortable everything.

My work conditions aren't great and my workout clothes are a little cheap so I'm thinking spending way more money on stretchy frictionless comfortable warm clothes will help.

Just going to try a bunch of different things to overcome it. Will start tracking daily activities to see any correlation between lifestyle and health to finally solve this problem. Will leave updates.

You saying that shows you've never achieved even mild concentration in your whole life.

There is no such thing as hard concentration because the mind is not the mind. It cannot be tensed and it is not hard. Concentration about absorption like pouring water into a container than squashing your organs. Much of your so called 'concentration' habits are very little mental concentration and much muscular concentration causing tension in your body wearing you down. Like tensing your triceps, abdomen, glutes (ass) and a lot of other muscles when you simply want to lift a shopping bag in front of you with your hands. That only requires some wrist and bicep. A very minial set of muscles :) But a totally different mental ordering.

The mind too, like the muscles, is trained. Reading quantum physics papers or playing higher level chess does not allow the mind to become equinomous and become absorbed. There is still a body to you. If you were really concentrated 1,000 could be devouring your body and bitting the hell out of it and you would neither notice anything nor be disturbed in your mental qualities/states in the slightlest.

Making/having/creating/conceptualizing thoughts is a function of the mind similar to feeling being a function of the skin. That's why children are intricatly good at it. It's just a 6th sense in adition to the 5 senses.

However becoming a body builder won't restore feeling to numbed and paralysed limb nor increase muscle control. It is the same with the mind.

Chemical pain like that happened to me in the begining of my journey. Blue balls accompanied by heavy headaches and weakness of muscles.
For my case it was because of biochemical adoptation. My body didn’t know the chemical dynamics of life in NoFap.
If you are like me, it would only happen in the begining of your jounrey. Endure to day 60 and it will be fine.
Even if you fail your streaks you will eventually adopt. Once you recover it will become reversed: no pain or weakness but only strength on the streaks, and a lot pain and shit whenever you relapse. The keypoint being that the stablized version of NoFap works better than a stablized sex addict, multidimensionally.

But remember, those few people who make the 90 in their first attempts are in a huge comparative advantage.

    Hmmm
If you don’t work on the inner game, your subconcious mind being constantly focused on sexuality can also cause blue balls.

Are you sure you don’t use Instagram, Western Movies, Pornographic Content, Alcoholic Drinks, Sexualized Relationships, or such things that keep you in constant blue balls mode?
Do you utilize all your options for maneuverability such as Cold Showers, Affirmations, Nutrition Control, etc?
I mean have you tried going all-in first?

I probably got it once 4 years ago, then it stopped

You can't do things half hassed, if you want to avoid blue balls stop physically and mentally relapsing, if you mentally relapse you will have blue balls.

If you are having them it means you relapsed and then you have to start all over.

And give a change to diet as well, don't eat meat/egg/, remove salt and anything stimulating in nature, fast alot.

Really is that simple, but I understand it's not easy for some.

The phenomenon of blue balls is like a well that accumulates dirt, eventually the well is filled with dirt and it needs cleaning.

Where is the dirt coming from? you have to find it through deep introspection.

    Are your thoughts pure?

How about your diet? is it sattvic enough?

Yeah my thoughts are pure. Zero interest in hedonism.

My diet's probably better than yours and I'm in peak physical condition. I eat meat but it's natural. ~50 herbs/fungi on a weekly basis. Ferments/probiotics with every meal.

    Finding a big difference with:
    1) Wardrobe. I bought much looser, comfortable and warm clothing. Bloodflow was definitely an issue.

    2) I'm taking time off work right now, stress was definitely the main issue it seems. I'm going to do the best to quit my corporate slave job because the stress turns me acidic which results in a messed up circadian rhythm. It's a night and day difference. Taking time off work, resting and pounding back nutrients makes my skin look completely different. I think I'm going to be a herb farmer and leave the cubicle behind, the paycheck isn't worth it.

    Stress management is important.
Also the herbs, green tea and garlic caused me to have wet dream 5 days in a row, maybe that can also be a place for improvement for you too.

Meat isn't natural, you should avoid any sort sort of meat, egg and fish included, animal food increases animal desire, it's a tamasic food that brings restlessness to the mind and mental problems, don't even bother to do SR if you eat meat, you will fail and you won't be consistent, I guarantee you that.

I don't have wet dreams. So far so good, I'm going to do everything I can not do go back to my cubicle. It's such a despicably awful lifestyle and creates so much stress. I feel like a completely different person not being at work right now.

People are different. I tried a 100% pure vegan lifestyle for a year and became 5'10'' 150lbs, 100% dedication the only thing changed was no animal products. Going back to meat I'm 6'1'' 195 lbs. My spine shrank , I lost 3 inches in height, 45 lbs of muscle, had no energy, couldn't sleep and issues with SR were at their worst. You might think I just didn't eat the right things but believe me, I tried everything.

On meat I sleep amazingly, no animal desires and feel great. With high grade steak(beef) old injuries actually heal and scar tissue breaks down. I developed significant scar tissue around the ulnar nerve while trying vegan and it's only now beginning to heal. Being a vegan may work for you but it 100% doesn't work for me. The key for eating meat for me is a) only eat natural non processed b) never cook at high heat, only use lemon juice and avocado oil c) always have a lot of probiotics with every meat serving; equal portions saukraut/kimchi/kombucha to meat, i.e. 1:1 ferment/meat.

I greatly appreciate the conversation though and welcome any discourse or disagreement. I see the ethical argument for veganism but the cattle/bison around where I live provide sustenance for the land and have for thousands of years, cultivating healthy livestock here generates healthier soil and wildlife. It's not a parasitic relationship, the cattle manure serves as the key renewable nutrient source for the entire ecosystem.

In my opinion the majority of the "animal desires" are a result of cognitive assessment and misaligned priorities. My main goal is get a wife that's classy. Porn, animal desires and hedonism all directly contradict that simple goal so the concept is completely antithetical to my main motivator. The issue for me seems to 100% be related to needing to relieve tension from what is an incredibly stressful, health damaging and heart attack inducing environment. What I thought was moving me closer to the goal actually isn't, legit probably going to be a herb farmer.

Doesn't look like you feel that great, as you clearly have problems with your testicles.

I didn't say to go on a vegan diet, a lacto-vegetarian is ok, but dairy should not be abused.

    Try this

Water: only drink hot water, cold water is poison as it takes away heat from the body, 20 mins after a meal add dry ginger+ turmeric + black pepper

heat 5 litres of water and reduce that to 2.

    Coconut water

You should be eating only when you are hungry, when the stomach demands it not the tongue.

Seeraga samba rice, if you don't have it basmati will do, cooked with turmeric and black pepper.

For fruit mostly bananas and avocados, the best variety of banana is peyaan

For proteins if you can find them split pidgeon peas, in absence yellow lentils cooked with curry/turmeric cumin, black pepper.

Elephant foot yam, in absence sweet potatoes.

Dairy: Take milk, curd, ghee very rarely, if the dairy is not pure you will eat the impurities.

Salt should be avoided, whether pink, black whatever

Sweeteners: raw honey, cane sugar, jaggery

Herbs: take 1 tbsp of musumusukkai + eclipta alba + solanum trilobatum + ground cumin + centella asiatica on hot water, add honey/jaggery and drink in the morning

Do mouthwashes with triphala and drink some of it

    Take brahmi and ashwagandha pills

Take milk/curd/ghee rarely when you need.

    Spinach/broad Beans/eggplant/cluster beans/fenugreek

As I said I'm taking time off and feel amazing. The stress is 100% causational with the job which I'm going to quit as soon as possible, the business attire related with the job compounds the problem.

You're wrong on a lot of your diet advice, for starters sodium is fundamental for muscle activation, athletic performance and recovery. I guarantee you my diet is better than yours, you don't need to give me advice. My pantry is overflowing with herbs, superfoods, protein powders, vitamins, minerals and probiotics. Cane sugar no good, rots teeth.

    Mouthwash with magnesium, mint, shilajit.

Herbs; take most of the 50 traditional eastern herbs and many more. I spend $1000 a month on herbs and $2000 on food. All of it organic and natural. I have several hundred ingredients in my diet so I won't list them.

That diet isn't meant for people doing high physical activity, heck it's not even recommended as the more you eat the more your organs work and the sooner your body is consumed.

There's staggering scientific evidence that salt creates a lot of problems, especially heart related, besides it excites passion and it's not recommended for those who abstain from sex and might be a contributing factor to your blue balls.

Sodium is naturally present in most of foods, I always cook without salt for that reason.

protein powders are mostly well known garbage, most supplements are a well known waste of time as you can get anything from food.

if you swallow the sugar that is melted in hot water it's not going to make cavities in your teeth, and honey/jaggery is best, cane sugar is an alternative.

The list of foods that I gave you are highly nutritious, very easy to digest so they don't stress the body.

The fact that you have several hundred ingredients in your diet signals you are eating a ton of things that are wrong, in fact the foods that you should take are very few, it's not really about quantity but quality, meat is one of them, probably the absolute worst, both for the mind and body.

Well then, if you claim my diet is better without even trying and you insist on eating meat, good luck getting rid of blueballs, as I'm 100% sure it's from animal products
