Anyone else found this act addictive and managed to get out of the horrible thoughts of wasting their time violating a woman's right like this?

If you have any tips or therapy's to follow I'd be extremely grateful!

  2. Yup. Super illegal if you're using a camera and all the evidence needed to ruin your life forever will be on that camera.

are you using a camera or are you just running up and down staircases trying to look up women's skirts?

I was using the camera on my phone. I was at a station yesterday and well, going up a set of escalators all huddled up.

I'm ashamed of what I've done and I want to change it

  4. I don't have any advice, but I do hope that you're able to find the resources to help you with this risky behavior. I know someone at my workplace who was fired and then had to lawyer up. He got arrested again the second time when he was in the public setting. Hope you don't get to that point

  5. Maybe try watching the movie "Thanks for Sharing" - it is a fantastic movie about sex addiction and recovery and there is a particular scene in there that you might relate to.

Sometimes watching someone else do the same things that you are doing can really help you to see yourself.

My piece of advice is that it's insulting to women,so I hope that is enough to willingly take a decision to change your behavior. If it's hard at the beginning don't take your phone with you when you go out as the phone might be a trigger itself.

Thank you for your help guys! I really appreciate it.

I've decided I'm going to use a basic alcatel phone which looks liek something from the 90s that has crap camera quality compared to my iPhone. The idea will also help me get off social media too.

If I feel triggered, I'll do my best to remove myself from the situation and switch my phone off too.

Listen to episode 17 of Porn Free Radio. It may help you when dealing with the public domain.

    Is it very triggering?

  10. Depends on your triggers …

there’s one scene in it that I find moderately triggering but I think the benefits far outweigh the cons.
It’s definitely not a sexploitation film. No nudity. Very well done.

If you get caught doing that here in India, you'd receive an educational beating by the public here. All I'm saying.

Ya, totally fair, this is indeed serious.
    Sorry about that :emoji_disappointed_relieved:.

    Deleted my off topic post.

I definitely second the recommendation to watch "Thank You For Sharing". I watched it 3 weeks ago after seeing the recommendation on this thread. I haven't struggled with upskirting or what you're describing. But PMO is a sexual addiction for most/all of us, and the film does a great job of showing what the process of recovery is like for all of us: anyone struggling with addiction.

As was mentioned, there's a great scene/plot-thread that will hit really close to home for you, if you haven't watched it yet.

There's a couple triggers to be sure. A few sex scenes. No full nudity, but enough to get your libido going if you were to let it.

I personally skipped past them to not get triggered myself. If you do that, it shouldn't be too triggering.

My other thought would be, simply do a full hard-mode/monk-mode PMO reboot if you haven't already. I don't know your story, but if you're anything like most of us on here, porn has messed up your brain. İt makes us view girls as nothing more than sex objects.

That's messed up. Women deserve so much more than that. And you were created to be so much better than that.

A full PMO reboot (no sexual stimulation of any type, mental or physical) of at least 90 day forces you to re-wire the way your brain deals with sexual urges of all types. İt teaches you to reign in your mind and it's temptations.

İt's where I would recommend starting, if you haven't already.

İf after 90 days free from the other stuff you still find yourself struggling, I would recommend seeking out a professional to help you get free.
