Good stuff and congratulation on your self-control but some criticism here:
1- ask yourself wether you want to be lone forever, attractiveness does not last that long.
2- quit believing in this innocence crap we are humans, innocence is not our thing.
3- inhaling by yourself has nothing sensual.
4- if 1 is true this should be instead in the abstinence section, most fapstronaut want to get a control over their sexual lives and primitives desires not become monk.
Sorry if this can come as harsh, i am not really into the whole tantric, spiritualism but if it helped you stay "sober" for 6 years they may be more to it than i though.
