    day 4 done but i feel so much anexity and fear, a lot of thoughts of killing and hating people goes in my head i dont know from where is it comes but so much energy there are so thoughs come in my head go open instagram or porn watch one video it will be fine i m resisting , this really the most hard challenge trying to stop kinks and pmo at the same time

    It is my honour to have you walking together in the journey. Please count me on it for the 180 day challenge.

    I have been on my flatline since I started this time. My emotion is also very bad. I am easily angry and agitated. But I avoid talking to people and especially my co-workers. I have some my past lust memories emerge almost everyday. I pray for a new me. I ask for forgiveness.

    My health wise has improved without a doubt but very slow this time. My rhinitis finally improved about a week ago. My nose on both sides became unblocked. Not completely recover, but improving. I guess it is because of the weather is getting warmer this week. My legs are not that weak. My lower back pain also improves together with my headache and stiff neck.

    One more problem is I know I look better but I also look tired. Because a few people from my work place told me I look tired. But the fact is I don't do much as my workload is less than what I used to before the three lockdowns in London. It took me a week to figure it out how I feel. I feel weak and empty. I know all these are caused by Flatline. Most of the time, I train myself to enjoy the flatline.

    you are really good you reach 67 day , but you are tired maybe ebcasue you are not sleeping well or not enough water or food try to consume more zinc and vitamin c and vitamine D from the sun , all of them will raise your tesetstorne and practice mediation for 10 minutes it could really help you , but i really think our state of mind of enjoying being submissive coming from that porn made us like girls (feminene boys like sissy fantasy or slave ) but we must work on our dominant side i m doing affiramtion right now i see some thought start changing in my mind if you want do them they could help you
