    Had a super unproductive morning, i need to work on that. Had some urges after looking at a shirtless man, searched some images and almost slipped up but then i remembered that i have a zoom meeting soon so all thoughts of pmo vanished. Im not so sure abt now tho :( will go exercise when class ends

    Day 1
    I am crushing it!!!
    Crushed my gym training and now going to force myself into some work.

    I started with visualization exercises and just staying positive.
    Fuck shorterm emotions guys.
    We are in it for longterm.
    In longterm we gonna win it!
    Lets fucking go everybody!!!

    my head's been hurting a bit lately, had a small headache last night so i took a panadol before sleeping. it was hurting just now but it is better now so no painkillers today. might be because of my food intake, i've been eating a lot of chocolate and might not be drinking enough water.

    @ICE :D Super inmportant to drink enough water. I suffer from headaches too and mostly because not drinking enough water/junk food.
    Fuck chocolate btw.

    Oi oi DAY 2!
    Good breakfast behind me.
    Going to take cold shower, meditation, visualization and then getting to work.
    Gym in the afternoon. Cant wait to hit it hard!!!

    Must be careful tho, noticing some pressure down there and especially after gym I tend to be quite horny.


    Btw. I have quite unexpected tip for prone masturbators. I started to sleep naked and since that time I never relapsed in the morning.
