    This is actually a great time for you to start thinking of how you can create your career by using your talents. I mean how you can use those things that you like doing and are passionate about to help other people and get financially rewarded for doing it ! Try to reconcile career and talents and it's a good idea to ask your parents and teachers for advice and to become more aware of available options! :) For you want to be happy and fulfilled as you sail through your career, don't you ?

    What do you expect from online church?
    ...as for the sleep it's rather good amount and you went to bed at a good time too. You know maybe when people are young as well as when they are old they need more in your case for better body growth and in older people for better recovery from accumulated body weariness and it's akin to eating in the respect that everybody got different stomach size and what is too little for one might be too much for another. You've got to find your own right amount of sleep( according to your 'stomach' size) but keep 8 hours for the guide mark.

    Just for general knowledge:
    POMO anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on social media.Compare with JOMO.
    Fear of missing out (FOMO) is a social anxiety stemming from the belief that others might be having fun while the person experiencing the anxiety is not present. It is characterized by a desire to stay continually connected with what others are doing. FOMO is also defined as a fear of regret, which may lead to concerns that one might miss an opportunity for social interaction, a novel experience or a profitable investment. It is the fear that deciding not to participate is the wrong choice.
    JOMO is an acronym standing for the expression joy of missing out, and it simply refers to the gratifying feeling you get when you break away from the (real or virtual) activities of your social group and spend time doing exactly what you most want to do.

    7. work on career. focusing on options. I don't want to have a full on choice yet due to potential.
    8. engage in physical activities - done. (ran a 5k and did some exercises)

    10. go to bed and wake up early- done. 10:00-7:00. I went to bed at 8, but had struggles sleeping
