day 15 since my last post here I Lost my virginity and made out with another girl. Nofap/Semen Retention really makes it easier to talk to girls i have expiernced it first hand. When you cant watch porn or beat your meat you are forced to talk to girls. your brain yearns for female attention forcing you to go out there. I rarely even think of porn whenever I'm horny i think about specific experiences i have had, and specific girls i know in real life opposed to a porn star or porn scene. I've noticed that whenever I relapsed i feel little, and pathetic indie making me feel not worthy of women, and making me even more scared of girls which only worsens the addiction however Semen retention has the opposite reaction. I'm so glad that after my long streak ended i jumped back into one not shortly after (except for the two other relapses that were in the next 24 hours). Because now i feel like im on a farther day then i actually am. I keep myself so occupied that sometmes forgot im even doing this challenge. I really feel myself growing. i used to always have the urge to look at instagram models now i dont even think of them good luck boys.
