Fuck i just relapse after my best steak of 10 days. But now i m going to set a long target may be 30 days.
I hope this target will complete soon. I relapse because i can't control my urge but now i know my triggers and i will come back stronger.

    I forgot one important thing.
When you have an addiction, it is a habit that is stored in your brain.

    It looks something like this:

    Stimulus -> Action -> Reward

Example: You see a woman, that is the stimulus, then comes the action in the form of masturbation and the reward is the happiness hormones.

If now the desire is very high, so the stimulus is there, your brain naturally wants to get the reward. Therefore, it will animate you to act, mostly through sexual fantasies.

You can interrupt the pattern with exercise or cold showers. Because the action is different from what your brain is normally used to.

But this will not bring you to success. It is only temporary and nothing permanent.

True strength comes from within. You have to change your deep inside.

In the Bible it says God created man to make you eternally alive if you keep the laws. Who wants us not to obey the laws? The devil. Because then man will not live long.

The seed and longevity have a lot to do with each other.

You do not have to be a believer to understand the following. In this addiction, they have a counterpart. For all I care, you can call him a temptation demon and arm wrestle against him all the time.

Your adversary knows you inside out. You have been at the mercy of this addiction for so long that he knows it 100%.

That means it's going to be a mental war. He will try to seduce you. It might look like this:

"Come one more porn, then you can really stop for good."
"YOU won't make it, you've never made anything in your life."
    "One more mastubation won't hurt."
"A real man has to satisfy his urges, let it happen."
"There is no point, why am I doing this, nothing will ever change in my life."

Observe your thoughts in critical situations.

The bottom line is to strengthen yourself mentally. When you get to a certain level mentally and the subconscious mind understands that, they will have an unshakable purpose.

It's like a stable tree that doesn't fall over in the wind. Be prepared for a mental battle.

Hey, don't give up! Quitting porn does not happen as fast as many of us would like it to. I've been trying to quit for the last two years and made some great improvements, but I still struggle with the addiction. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon. Just don't give up, and think about what happened in the moments before you relapsed, and what may have triggered you.

We're with you bro, just hang on. Remember, you're not the only one stuck in this stuff, there millions if not billions of people screwed because of porn. This is like a pandemic, worst than coronavirus itself, I think that people and governments should start focusing their attention to other serious problems, not this corona BS I mean, pornography is a serious matter, ED, Rape, Sexual assault, sexual aggressions, etc... I don't know if you like baseball but there is a Dodgers pitcher called Trevor Bauer who's been recently involved in a sexual assault case, I bet hi watches porn.

That is very true Zeke! It's one more thing to overcome in our lives! I have been sober from alcohol for almost two years now! In October makes 2!! I like that, and this will be just one more thing to mark off my list of things that are holding me back from being the Real Man I want to be! Doesn't make me a better than any one else....Just places me in a position to where I can be a word of encouragement to whomever is going thru this later on....Someone once told me..."It's never about You! It's always about someone else that you can be a blessing to help them out of a dark place.... That's what I'm going with...Keep the Faith, and look Up where the help comes from!

Thanks bro. It feels really good, I feel more confident overall but I still need to improve in that area of life… self esteem is a little bit higher but just a little, needs to improve.
Depression is starting to fade but sometimes I feel sad.
    Also, I’ve got more energy
