Checking in! I can’t believe I’ve managed 21 days today, something I didn’t achieve in 21 years up to now. I’ve had a huge improvement in mental clarity and the anxiety and depression I’ve suffered from badly in the last few months have all but vanished. Hoping I can keep it up and wishing all the best to you all!

 

Thanks but that's not my first time achieving 7 days. I've been a member here since 2016 and longest streak has been 62 days.

Hi All, I'd love to join this group. I've been on and off, and trying to do this journey on my own. My greatest success with it, both in terms of days, mental serenity and happiness, was when I was connected to this site. So, if you'll take me, I'll be here with bells on.

Been under the weather for about a week, not COVID, and I've not had a drink for 10 days. Looking at no PM as well. So looking at them going hand in hand for at least a few weeks. Today is day 4 for me now. Here goes.
