26 Reasons to Not Break a Streak

Hi all,

I had a relapse yesterday after 29 days despite being really optimistic I'd make it 180 days. I've had countless streaks between 20 and 40 days. I realize at the time I couldn't think of any good reasons not to, so I've made a list of reasons not to break my streak. Hopefully it gets me over the hump for next time. Maybe it'll be useful for someone else out their as well.

1) Keeps me from getting sick
2) Gives me energy to do whatever I want
3) My skin glows, face is clear, eyes bright
4) I'm less tense
5) I do better with less sleep
6) I'm more attractive to women
7) No brain fog - I can study and think well
8) My physical strength and recovery is greater
9) I don't need to drink as much water
10) My injuries heal quicker
11) I can get more work done and it's easier
12) I build up momentum in my work/career
13) I gain nothing from ejaculating except for painful lessons
14) I hate the first few days post-ejaculation
15) Better erections and sexual energy
16) I haven't seen myself at 180 days
17) I'm technically still addicted if I relapse (like an alcoholic going on a bender every month)
18) I want to see my full potential as a person
19) Aerobic exercise is easier on a streak
20) I hate not letting myself be my best
21) Almost everything in my life is effected by breaking a streak
22) I like the purity of never looking at porn
23) I feel more connected to myself and the world
24) I enjoy socializing more
25) I'm funnier without trying to be
26) my body overheats after I break a streak
