Found a cool app for iOS called "Iron Will". It's essentially a stopwatch that keeps track of how long you've had your current streak, as well as past streaks. You can set the start date and time to whatever so it matches with your NoFap badge. It's also password protected if you want so that no one else can get into the app. All around pretty cool app.

It's definitely difficult, a full-time job for sure with no weekends off but we need to keep on trying. I'm learning not to be so hard on myself when I have setbacks. I think that is a big key to avoid going further down the rabbit hole.
