    Hey everyone!

    Last month I joined a thread "June without porn" to get each ohter going through the month.
    I feel like it helped and we gave each other support. Therefore, I want to continue this trend in July. If you are in, type in the thread "I'm in!" and let's build a little porn-free June community together (or whatever you personal goals are for the month!) and guide and support each other towards that goal.

    So thus far I have gone 6 consecutive days without P. 4 consecutive days this month without P.

    Is this just a focus on no P. So M and O you can do? Because I've struggled to break the whole PMO cycle all at once. But if I break it up with just no P them in sure the no M and O will follow.
