  4. Day 1: I had a wet dream yesterday. My sleep was so thin and it happened just after I was feeling more sleepy when I got laid down. It was almost fantasizing but then again I don't usually remember porn from wet dreams. The emission happened by itself instead of me touching my dick. Either way it was kinda obvious it happened due to triggers that frequently attacked my nind itself.

    Day 5. It was nice I started my day as I planned but then after sometime I wasted my some hours in afternoon. Then in eveining I recollected myself and continued my work I got some urges today it was difficult to control myself but I did it. I also decided to dopamine fast because I observed that I am indulged in very high dopamine activities which is affecting my concentration.

    Day 0 - I need a new plan.

    I sat down and went through my last few resets, to see if there was any common themes. The 3 common traits for each reset, in order of prominence were, Environment, Visual Triggers and Urges.

    So now, I need to change those somehow. The visual triggers, I can control to a certain extent, at least until I get past the first few weeks and into safer territory. My environment, I am stuck with however I can change this up and add in more time outside rather than inside. The urges, as far as I can tell, are triggered by the first 2 traits, or at the very least, made worse by them.

    Let's see how that goes this time, and review the results. Sorry for the analytical review, it just helps me a bit.

    Try not to use mobile in the mornings especially after waking up. Instead do some running , push-ups etc. Post which some reading is good. And then maybe mobile for a bit. It's important to set a routine to stay on track.

    oh wow it sounds like you're going through a lot. I wish you the best of luck. I'm not a doctor but if there's a natural way to do something, a natural way to heal, do that.
    How can i add nosync?

    I feel like it would be really hard to not entertain a sexual thought for more than 3 seconds, these thoughts come up in my mind every minute or so throughout the day. it's pretty bad.

    90 days would be one of the proudest days of my life. I have not been 90 days free since i was a child.
    My guy no one will report you for looking out the window in your own home. that's a totally normal thing to do. No car is focused on you, they are focused on the road. I think you will be fine my friend.
    Severe porn addiction PMO will destroy all outcome. I have not been making much progress, the times where I last long in my streaks is when I actually make some progress.

    So there was a youtube video by sinbad on YT, and there's a summary on it. The video is called "Prevent wet dreams on Brahmacharya" and the summary is...
    Summary:
    + Cold showers
    + 10 anus contractions with picturing a deep breath to your brain and then breathing out slowly with a hiss 3x a day
    + work hard that day
    + blander food (less spices)
    + pray or meditate before sleeping.
    In the end, you can't control this completely. Just try your best and progress forward.

    ^^^ this is if you seriously want to stop wet dreams. However wet dreams don't seem to be a problem for me so I'm not too focused on this summary. However if this is the advice you need, go ahead and take action.
