A friend told me about this website. Figured why not check it out. I never realized i hade a problem with masterbating until recently. It really makes me feel like crap and is draining on me. I turn to daily and sometimes more then once a day. I use it as a way to handle my stress or when i am bored. It is taking a toll on my body and mind and hurting my marriage.
