    TRIGGER WARNING

    Hello im 15 years old and i feel like i HAVE to spread how this has helped me. to anyone who has doubts, you shouldnt. i started nofap the week before school started, but i failed the day before school started (lmfao). But despite this i still decided to try it out. after about 1 week there was no noticeable change but on around day 12 i had SOOO much energy. i was so happy all the time :D:D.and thennn one day later that was gone... but despite me hitting which i believe is called a flatline i persisted. at about 3 weeks in i was so confident i started talking to this random girl in my class. and instead of being my old shy little B1tch self i asked her for her number after knowing her for 2 days . but then things started to pick up really fast. she told me about this movie thingy and asked me if i was going to it, and i "said sure if you go ill go". so heres the best part. im 15 and i know im very attractive (girls tell me all the time) but ive never had a girlfriend or even kissed a girl before:confused:. but that all changed. so i met her at the movie thingy and basically just wrapped my arm around her for the first 25minutes then i remembered my teachings from a video on youtube(dont make fun of me :D) now that guy may seem like a huge ****** but i literally followed those steps exactly, stared at her for like 10 seconds she said why are you staring at me, i didnt say anything and i just kept staring. then i said she was cute and it was all ogre. i got my first kiss evah and then asked her out. but i guess she wasnt done yet so we made out like 7 more times( i think im a terrible kisser). i kinda felt sorry for the guy sitting next to me though, it was probably sooo awkward for him. but yah if you read the whole thing hoped you enjoyed it.

    Moral of this story STOP MASTURBATING! and i honestly never want to do it again.

    Just as the other guys said - im very glad to know too that you discovered at that early age how harmful PMO can be.. And another thing i wanted to mention was - im pretty sure that you did well with the kissing. It's basically something which you shouldn't be thinking about(im pretty sure that you heard this many times before, but it's definitely true), you just need to let yourself be one with the emotion and the feeling which you experience in that very moment and let it come out naturally :) When you really like some girl, you can't go wrong with it, you just do it and you do it well, because you like her and she will feel that - your passion and emotion behind your kiss :)One of the most important things for girls is definitely passion :) You have to know that i had my first kiss at the age of 22.. do you know why ? Because of PMO, that's why - i was so f***ing shy, anxious and closed in myself because of it that i never had the guts to ask a girl out before that or something of this sort.. So, once again, keep it up and never ever go into P. or something related to it.. you have wonderful years ahead of you, so spend them in the best possible way! I wish you luck ! :)

    Congratulations! As others have said, you are smart to have recognized the problem at such a young age. I am 49 and have only just realized I had a problem with porn. I am horrified by how much of my life I have wasted.

    By recognizing the real dangers of porn you are giving yourself a much better chance of having a successful and fulfilling life.

    That includes having a great sex life, not with a computer, but with real girls.

    That is quite an achievement for a 15 year old.
