  1. Day 2: Been a couple of days. No triggers and a few urges not explicitly bc I was urge surfing all the potential triggers that could lead to porn. And a wet dream. I guess that was the chaser effect from my subconscious which was acting upon after couple days of fapping. Still there is a lot to take up spending on some thing else rather than doing physical activities due to my injury. I miss playing in the field and I go everyday to see others play.

    Day 11. Today was fine not exactly I planned but it's okay. I wake up in morning with negativity because last night I had a wet dream but I didn't let my negative start to negative end. Now slowly I am seeing improvement in my physical health. But still need to reduce dopamine activities and also need to focus on study. PLS ALSO TELL ME SOME SUGGESTIONS TO OVERCOME WET DREAMS!!!!

    Tomorrow I complete a week , only the second time in the past three 3 years .
    But I will keep fighting until I win.
    Tomorrow I will be better than today.
    Today I studied for 5 hrs , tomorrow I will make it 7 hrs.
    I will work on every aspect of my life to become happy again.

    Wish all of you here can achieve what you want in your life.
    Never relapse its never worth it.

    ive been there bro, abstinence is the only way, no other shortcut. just identify that you need to do nofap to be your best self and get right at it

    Heading toward the 6th day: I think my biggest trigger is stress. So, now when I'm using the computer I put on a lofi to make me chill, it seems to be a good idea.

    Today I worked out, took a cold shower, and I studied for 4 hours (I'm not sure). The cold shower combined with exercise is a pretty effective way to not relapse, which I highly recommend. And you don't need to work out for hours, in my case I have a 10 minutes workout routine and it works pretty well.

    I also blocked my computer, so when is 10:45 pm I simply can't use it anymore, unless I have the password, which I don't.

    good to see that , keep going!!

    its going to be easy in the incoming days if you keep at it . i m on some day 41-42 , sexual thoughts (these are not about P though mostly) still come but what helps is the way of thinking about this. You can make up your own . I say to myself i want to have real sex , i am not going to waste my manhood by acting on to thoughts, i am just wasting time on thoughts instead lets work hard to achieve a persona where i get to do the real thing. It jerks off the thought and i am back to what i was doing .

    Ok I am here because I failed again 0 day, and I did learn somethings....do not stay up too late...doing your inner work....get more support which I why I am here now, and will continue.
    I have a Streak Counter going at the bottom of my page, and I will always have the antidote below in the footer...Thanks all, and Peace to you All.

    Can someone share your fantasies ,so that it would give me a peace of mind that I am not the only one stuck with such kind of fantasies?


    Right now I am feeling very anxious and depressed due to this.

    Day 12. It was not as I planned but it's okay because I got more clarity of my thoughts today. I still need to reduce my mobile gaming time and need to increase study and work time. I will definitely work on it. AND PLS SHARE WITH SOME TIPS TO OVERCOME WET DREAMS!!!
