One thing I can 100% say that you all can recover the only thing is get to know yourself. Try to look into your inner self.
Everyone is different so don't try to compare yourself, just remember why we are talking all this.
No person in the world is as strong as a Fapstronaut who once recovered can achieve anything because you are coming out after beating one of the world's worst addiction which is PMO.

Methods are different for different people which works or suits them perfectly but in my case I still get urges but it doesn't affect me at all. I am able to avoid urges very easily now because this is the same thing which destroyed my life 2 years back and I was struggling to get out of it and it's a loop which continues again and again.

1st once you relapse don't binge, and 2nd I will advice you all to relapse without porn.
    Porn is the main culprit.
When I was recovering, I relapsed many times but without porn and after 6-7 months the urges of porn faded away because then I started masturbating by looking at jpg image file of a girl or by fantasizing. This is where my addiction started breaking.
For months if you only take pleasure by just not looking at porn is a big achievement.
The brain realises itself that porn is no longer a way to gain pleasure then slowly you will get power to stop Masturbation.
Porn is main culprit why people masturbate so much.
Please, it's a request from my experience, stop watching Porn although no matter even if you relapse.
Relapsing without porn is also a kind of success.

What has helped you the most to beat addiction?

Every person has an "aha" moment when fighting addiction, which has always been in the unconscious and thus gets the ball rolling.

    What was it for you?

What helped me, 1st is to know about your inner self. Understanding your weak points that brings back to this addiction. And recognising the potential triggers for relapse. So that next time you easily avoid them and last thing is to aim to go after something productive.
