    Hey guys.
Yeah that was a lot of days.
I've spent a good part of the day reflecting on the motives behind my relapse and how to move on from this. Within those 543 days, since the last one, I've planned a wedding with my wife, married her, (yet to go on a honeymoon due to the pandemic) bought a dog and a house with her. Started a life a became a completely different person.
Yet aspects of my old self crept in with complacency.

I've had run ins in the past with being complacent and forgetting to focus on my recovery when things are good.

i know my limitations... I can only journal so much and pay so much for a therapist and cover so many topics with online APs, how do you all make it through that upkeep portion of recovery and make this happen long term?

    Wow...

That is a lot of days.

I haven't escaped this habit, according to my counter. But I do know that a man is defined by his actions. Over the last year, I have absolutely been an addict and a porn user. If you want to be that way as well, then do the actions that a porn user does... but deal with the consequences.

You are in full control of your actions, and you choose what kind of person you want to be every day.

You don't need any tricks from us to decide who you want to be for the rest of your life...

When you do decide who you want to be, ask yourself...

    What would that person do?

    Ask yourself every day.
