You might try licorice tea mixed with decaf black tea. That is what I drink before sleep. Licorice lowers male libido. Mixing licorice and decaf black tea together seems to make a good sleep drink.
I haven't heard of such a thing and I don't thing that it's available in my locality..Do you know any other remedies??

I use It and bananas are sheep so I do it and I also workout and drink milk before sleep and I get knocked out right when I hit my pillow.im talking 1 minute

I ate sweets at night and it really works, I was calm, but I don't recommend you keep doing it several times, I suggest you bury your head with something, and try to go without internet, if it works, do this, at least for a while to night
I have this issue and it would lead to a PMO relapse. At the moment I just stay up and come to the forums and write in my journal what I am feeling, and focus on my awareness of the present moment. My relapses would be at night so extra awareness at night of my thoughts. Hope this helps.
