Accidental orgasm. Is it a relapse?

I have been doing semen retention/NoFap for over 200 days now. Needless to say, after such a long streak, I get super horny while waking up sometimes or seeing something that triggers me.

A few days ago, I woke up from a short nap and felt some friction against my underwear. I felt super turned on at the time and I put my hand around my penis for a second (did not stroke at all) and almost immediately felt like I was about to have a orgasm so I let go and jumped out of my bed. Some still dripped out but it didn't feel like a full orgasm.

Then later that same day, I was doing planks and pushups as part of my workout routine. When I fell on the floor after doing a plank, my penis hit the ground a certain way that gave me a little bit of stimulation. I was so tired from the plank that I was just laying there for a second, next thing I know I had a orgasm just from laying there on my stomach by accident.

So I'm wondering what you guys think. Should I reset based on this or is it fair to say I didn't do this on purpose and continue my streak?
