Improvement

The comfort zone isn't necessarily a place, it could be an app on your device. An online platform, even aside from the explicit content.

Sometimes I see accountability groups form and then people have to use this or that app and I kind of just shake my head and figure that's going nowhere for this very reason. It's a comfort zone. The idea is you have real conversations with real people, like simple ones by voice. The vast majority of those platforms probably involve text only or at least has that as a bias even if people can also use voice/video they don't.

I'd say the true improvement is you came to recognize this point, now it's just a matter of addressing it.

What if you didn't go online at all but stayed at home for like a day?

 

That's very impressive dude, once a month then 2 times in half a year, 95 percent of people here would kill for that. But U guess the end goal is to get a GF/wife to have sex with, this could then be an outlet for your urges
