Bodybuilding.com recommendable?

It's a forum like anywhere else for people interested in fitness. I personally don't have an account but have browsed it in the past. /fit on 4chan is also a pretty good place, mind the degeneracy lol.

Though I will say right now. Any quality information you can get on fitness will always be free, never pay for anything.

I forgot my password a few weeks ago and now the misc is hidden lol. Only accounts created before june can enter the misc now. I kinda miss it but at the same time i dont

 

From what I've seen, it's literally full of jerk offs. Complete opposite of nofap lmao.

So many times I've googled self improvement advice and get pointed to bodybuilding.com. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I see people roasting someone just for asking a question. A very welcoming friendly place
