well boys i did the thing.

on the real tho, overall my self-respect and self-acceptance is higher.

at the start of the journey I might have wanted those nofap superpowers and similar nonsense, now at this milestone I realise God gave me what I needed and not what I wanted.

the sexual perversions and fetishes I accumulated by watching porn and fapping have clouded my mind in a horrenduos fog.

that fog is now lifted and I'm very grateful for this lucidity in my vision. a few days ago I watched porn and the realisation that I'm watching a guy have sex with a girl kind of horrified me.

last time I had sexual relations with a girl (before nofap) I actually couldn't get hard to the real thing. now once I did it, the problem was premature ejaculation hahah.

the 90 day reboot is something I recommend to everyone.

you'll see how many people are still in that sexual deviation boat. beware not to judge them for it, for if you do you'll go straight back down that rabbit hole of pmo addiction.
